Horror #1: Dead Bonsai

My very first dead bonsai.

I bought this sweet little Cotoneaster Thymefolia at the Minnesota Bonsai Society auction a year ago.  It had the itty bittyest leaves, and cute red berries, but wasn’t tough enough to withstand the wicked heatwave we had this summer.  It limped along until late October, then was declared dead by the bonsai master who’s storing some of my other trees for the winter.  RIP, little guy.  I’ll miss you.

  1. This Bonsai trees gives wonderful look as it has a different appearance as short trees. This way many of them like but they fails to take enough care on this bonsai. We may have different reasons but we have to take enough precautions for their life.
